It’s Nearing the End of the Year, So… What’s the Plan, Stan?

The end of the year is just around the corner, what’s your plan?

Wow! November already! It’s that time of the year again. While lots of folks are putting their mind to work on holiday plans and housewarmings – it’s also the perfect time to plan your year, or more importantly your SUCCESS. Everyone wants success, and the good news is that wanting success is the first step towards achieving it! Success is a process that begins from within. It starts as a dream, or a glimmer of hope; then evolves into a thought, which stirs something inside you, which creates desire. Suddenly you are on your way! It sounds easy doesn’t it? Doesn’t everyone want to succeed in life and in business? The answer is yes. Everyone wants to succeed, but success is attainable to those who possess the courage to say “I want it!” — believe that they can, AND put a plan (and work) in place to achieve it.

What do you want for your life and your business in 2015? Do you “want it” or are you thinking, “it would be nice”? Thinking it would be nice, is pretty vague – right? “Wouldn’t be nice to travel to Europe?” “Wouldn’t it be nice to own an investment?” So many people go through life just thinking about what they want, but rarely do anything to make it happen. Just saying “I want it” is the first step to achieving it! Next, you should identify the steps needed to make it happen. You might not always get everything you want, but you will definitely achieve far more than those who cautiously just “wish” it could be!

Something to Think About: 

What do you really want in 2015? No one in Super bowl history ever won the championship by saying “It would be nice to win this year.” Team members who want to win, want it so fiercely that they think about it every day, they dream about success, they look for ways to improve their game, and they believe that they can. It’s that intense desire that fuels their determination, which in turn, propels them to succeed and win!

Here’s a Challenge for You: 

I think everyone has something that they really want, but most are afraid to speak it out loud or to tell others. What if you don’t achieve it? What will others think? Who cares! This week, decide on one thing that you want in 2015 and tell everyone. It might be a new car, or a sales achievement award, or a dream vacation. It does not matter what it is, but make it something so big, that you find yourself thinking “Wow, can I really do that?” When you achieve the big goals, it feels awesome!
